Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear guidelines regarding your private river cruise bookings and restaurant event reservations.
1. Customer Cancellations
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a 100% refund. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations by Nam Ing River Cruise
If we cancel a cruise due to unsafe weather conditions, high river levels or unsafe river conditions, mechanical or operational issues, or any other circumstances affecting passenger safety, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
